Coconut Rice


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Split bengal gram - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. Once they begin to splutter, add the split Bengal gram and curry leaves.

STEP 2: Add the grated coconut and sauté until lightly golden and aromatic.

STEP 3: Add the cooked rice and salt, then mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
