Lemon Poha


INGREDIENTS:

  • Flattened rice (poha) - 1 cup, rinsed
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Split bengal gram - 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • Green chili - 1
  • Turmeric - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Curry leaves - few

STEPS:

STEP 1: Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, split bengal gram, curry leaves, and green chili (1 min)

STEP 2: Add onion and sauté till light pink (1 min)

STEP 3: Add turmeric, salt, and poha, mix well (2 mins)

STEP 4: Sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well (1 min)
