Tomato Omelette


INGREDIENTS:

  • Gram flour - ½ cup
  • Egg - 2
  • Tomato, onion - 2 tbsp each
  • Salt, chilli - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: Mix the egg, gram flour, tomato, onion, salt, and chilli (1 min)

STEP 2: Apply oil on the tawa. Pour the mix on the tawa and cook both sides (4 min)
