INGREDIENTS:
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Cooked Rice - 1 cup
- Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
- Green chilli - 1 (chopped)
- Peanuts - few
- Curry leaves - few
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
STEPS:
STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. Once they begin to splutter, add the peanuts, chili, and curry leaves. Sauté until aromatic.
STEP 2: Add the cooked rice, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
