Curd Rice


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Curd - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Split Bengal Gram - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli - 1 
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil - ½ tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, curd, and salt. Mix well until evenly blended.

STEP 2: In a pan, heat oil and temper the mustard seeds, split Bengal gram, red chili, and curry leaves.

STEP 3: Add the tempered mixture to the rice and mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors.
