Vegetable Semiya


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked semiya - 1 cup
  • Carrot, Beans - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and add the curry leaves and mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the vegetables and sauté until slightly tender.

STEP 2: Add the cooked semiya and salt, then mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
