Ghee Pepper Rice


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked rice - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the ghee and add the crushed pepper. Sauté briefly to release its aroma.

STEP 2: Add the cooked rice and salt, then mix well until evenly coated with the ghee and pepper.
