Besan Chilla


INGREDIENTS:

  • Gram flour - ½ cup
  • Onion, tomato - 2 tbsp each (chopped)
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Turmeric powder - pinch
  • Oil - 1 tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a bowl, combine the gram flour, onion, tomato, green chili, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

STEP 2: Lightly grease the tawa with oil, pour a ladleful of the prepared batter, and spread it thinly in a circular motion.

STEP 3: Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
