Scrambled Eggs


INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs - 2
  • Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Oil - 1 tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, tomato, green chili, and chili powder until the mixture turns soft and aromatic.

STEP 2: Add the eggs and salt, then scramble well until cooked and fluffy.
