Curd Semiya


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked semiya - 1 cup
  • Split bengal gram - 2 tsp
  • Red chilli - 2
  • Curd - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Oil - ½ tsp

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and temper the mustard seeds, split Bengal gram, and red chili until aromatic. 

STEP 2: Add the cooked semiya, curd, and salt. Mix gently to combine.

STEP 3: Stir well until evenly mixed.
