Rava Dosa


INGREDIENTS:

  • Rava - ¼ cup
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as needed
  • Oil - 1 tsp


STEPS:

STEP 1: In a bowl, combine the rava, rice flour, salt, and water to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

STEP 2: Lightly grease the tawa with oil, pour a ladleful of the prepared batter, and spread it thinly in a circular motion.

STEP 3: Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
