Egg Fried Rice


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked rice – 1 cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Soy sauce – ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp


STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and scramble the egg until cooked and soft.

STEP 2: Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt. Toss well to combine and ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
