Vegetable Poha


INGREDIENTS:

  • Poha - 1 cup (washed & drained)
  • Onion - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Carrot, Beans - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste 

STEPS:

STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and temper the mustard seeds and curry leaves until they splutter.

STEP 2: Add the chopped onion and vegetables, then sauté until slightly tender. 

STEP 3: Add the soaked poha, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
