INGREDIENTS:
- Bread - 3 slices (cubed)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Onion - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves - few
STEPS:
STEP 1: In a pan, heat the oil and temper the mustard seeds. Add the chopped onion, tomato, and chili powder, then sauté until the mixture turns soft and aromatic.
STEP 2: Add the bread pieces, salt, and coriander leaves. Toss well until the bread is evenly coated with the masala.
